Saved memory

Only notes you add here are saved. When enabled, these notes may be sent to the AI to personalise your replies.

Memory is off by default. Turning it off keeps your notes but stops using them for new replies. Deleting a note does not delete earlier chat messages.

Live voice

You will speak with an AI voice. Start allows microphone audio to be sent to the AI provider. Voice audio and transcripts are not saved to chat history by this app.

Current public questions can be checked automatically during live voice. Automatic ending is requested after five minutes.

Only your administrator account can view or edit these original inputs. Other users receive answers in chat and live voice using active answer briefs.

The original input stays on the server and is not sent to chat or voice models. Put every fact users should receive in the separate answer brief.

Private source files

PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD. Up to 4 MiB per file, 40 MiB per entry, and 100 MiB per administrator. Files are stored privately; they are not automatically analysed or shared with AI. Review the separate answer brief before enabling it for users.

      Active sessions

      Each sign-in creates a session. Sessions expire after 12 hours. Times are shown in your local time.

      Email verification

      Codes expire after 10 minutes. Check spam too. Wait at least one minute before requesting another code. Use the latest code and do not share it.
